At Alban House we believe that care of the environment is of particular importance within our industry, considering that the nature of our business involves a large degree of paper and energy consumption. Therefore, we only procure paper and raw materials from specially selected manufacturing partners that adhere to environmental legislation and regulations as well as to other environmental requirements.
We actively follow discussion on this subject and take action as required by national and international demands.
Our commitment to the environment is to:
- Ensure that every supplier adheres to our policy & is aware of and has assessed the immediate environment and the impact of its actions whilst carrying out its operations
- Ensure all waste materials (including chemical waste) are neutralised and disposed of in accordance with government guidelines
- Ensure all paper waste is recycled
- Seek to make effective use of, and minimize, consumption of raw materials
