When you place an order with us we want you to have the peace of mind that you are getting the best value for money. In the unlikely event that you find the same print cost cheaper elsewhere, we will do all we can to match the price and even try to beat it. Your email should contain details of the product and the competitor’s quote attached as a PDF showing the cheaper price.

This offer is subject to the following:

1.     Special offers / prices are excluded

2.     The competitor must offer and be able to deliver the work to you

3.     The price match request must be approved before submitting your order

4.     The competitor is a bona fide registered business in the UK

5.     Price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

6.     The comparative quote must match the exact project specification**

7.     Typographical pricing errors will not be matched

8.     This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time

Terms and Conditions

Alban House will price match competitive print price quotes on all printing projects to a maximum reduction equal to 5% above our actual production costs. AHPS must be provided with valid proof* from the competing printer verifying the exact same project specifications ** and manufacturing on equal quality commercial offset presses. In the event a valid competitive quote* does not meet the exact same product specifications** and/or is being produced on non-comparable presses, and/or the competitior’s quote falls below 5% of our actual costs, we shall reserve the right to “No Bid” the project.

* Valid competitive quotes must be current (dated within 30 days) of the competitive price match request and will be verified as valid through our receipt of a PDF or hard copy of the competitor’s quote (showing the complete order pricing & project specs) before a price match is provided to you or a “No Bid” situation results.

**Exact project specifications include paper stock, ink colour(s), finishing options, turnaround time and delivery requirements. Alban House cannot match shipping and handling fees as these costs are determined by the location and shipping method of the competitive trade printer. The delivery “ship to” address determines the shipping and handling costs as they relate to our competitiors manufacturing location. For example, a trade printer in Wales shipping to a Welsh address does not compare to us shipping from London to Wales. We will only consider the print and finishing option pricing as they relate to our competitors per our price match policy above.

Alban House reserves the right to exclude any supplier at any time from the scheme, and Alban House’s decision is final as to the validity of the comparison.
